Job Summary

• The Senior Vice President, Investor Relations will have direct responsibility for all of RGA’s financial communications, including day-to-day contact with analysts and investors, quarterly earnings releases, and investor presentations.
• This individual will work closely with the CFO and other members of the executive leadership team to communicate the company’s strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives in a way that creates clarity, consistency and widespread understanding among investors (current and potential) and sell-side analysts.
• The role can be remote, with the understanding that this person will travel as needed to the St. Louis, MO headquarters.
