Must-have

  • Reading blueprints and CAD drawings
  • Setting up machine tools
  • Grinding carbide and steel
  • Assembling and disassembling tools
  • Inspecting tools and dies
  • Responding to emergencies/breakdowns

  • Sustained continuous improvement programs
  • Tooling efficiency improvement projects
  • Passionate about teamwork
  • Working with little supervision

Key Requirements

  • 5 years experience as Tool and Die Maker
  • In Depth knowledge on Troubleshooting in Die Operation
  • Demonstrated track record in mathematical ability
  • Extensive knowledge of metallurgic knowledge
