Assists Program Administrator with day-to-day oversight of residence through supervision of assigned direct support staff and those on shift.
Ensures the appropriate, therapeutically documented level of supervision in all settings to ensure and protect the health, safety and habilitation of the people we support.
Provides effective leadership on shift and develops a team that provides quality care and positive outcomes by establishing a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination.

Key Requirements
21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year direct care experience with I/DD
6 months supervisory or lead experience
California DSPT Year 1 and Year 2 completion
RBT certification (or obtain within 60 days)
Group Home or Adult Residential Facility Administrator certification (or obtain within 15 months)
Valid Driver’s License
Familiarity with Lanterman Act and Title 17 and 22
