Salary
Base: $62,000 - $121,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Equity included in total compensation package; Benefits: Flexible PTO, 401(k), fertility assistance, parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years leadership development experience
Instructional design across multiple formats
Program management and vendor oversight
Facilitation of live leadership programs
Needs assessment and impact measurement
Nice-to-have
Experience with Docebo LMS platform
ICF or Hogan coaching certification
Proficiency in Articulate Rise authoring
AI-supported training platform experience
Direct people management experience
Key Requirements
5+ years in Leadership Development program design and delivery
SaaS industry experience preferred
External vendor management experience
ICF, CPCC, or Hogan coaching accreditation (preferred)
