The Automobile Club is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor and respond to safety and security issues in a 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of security experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure

Job Summary

  • As a GSOC Operator, you will play a critical role in safeguarding ACE’s employees and assets by monitoring, verifying, and responding to safety and security issues.
  • You'll be answering phone calls providing world-class customer service, assisting employees with safety and security concerns, and ensuring effective communication during routine operations and critical incidents.
  • The starting pay range for this position is: $21.11 - $28.12, with remarkable benefits including health coverage, 401(K) with company match AND Pension, and tuition assistance.
