• The Title Service Representative is responsible for conducting effective follow-up for motor vehicle titles, including communication with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers, and motor vehicle agency personnel.
• Responsibilities include processing customer service requests, repossession requests, handling calls from DMVs, dealers, and auctions, and processing requests received through the client portal and email.
