Location: Singapore Reports to: CEO Role Summary The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role manages production planning, supervises production personnel, and ensures that manufacturing processes consistently deliver high-quality products. The Production Manager works closely with Quality Assurance (QA), R&D, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow, operational discipline, and timely product delivery. The role also supports continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, maintain product quality, and support the company’s growth and product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Production Operations Plan, organise and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and delivery timelines are met. Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts and operational capacity. Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and materials are available for efficient production activities. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to approved SOPs, GMP standards, and operational procedures.
