Base: $169,000.00 - $253,600.00; Bonus: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Must-have
Active Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM
12 years of engineering experience
Leadership of 5-25 person engineering team
Experience with Earned Value Management System
Digital Hardware and Firmware Development
U.S. Citizenship required
Nice-to-have
PMP certification preferred
Experience as Control Account Manager
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Fluency in project schedule development
Problem-solving in team environments
Background in Design, Manufacturing, and Test
Demonstrated team building skills
