** Kone Com Kw is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process for various positions in China, focusing on the Bay region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly within multinational corporations, and will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. **

Job Summary

  • Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meeting, composing JD, job posting, candidate searching & selection, interview arrangement, offer management and onboarding follow-up for all-level positions in China.
  • Lead recruitment activities and setup cross-area talent supply strategy & mechanism for Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan and Hong Kong).
