Job Summary

  • As a Site Account Representative II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll be a key member of our Unity Lab Services (ULS) team, providing on-site asset management and comprehensive laboratory operational support for key customer accounts.
  • In this role, you will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, manage laboratory assets and chemical inventory, ensure compliance with EHS regulations, coordinate cross-functional service activities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You will also support and drive operational projects to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance, directly contributing to our customers’ ability to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Agriculture, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical, Healthcare, or related scientific field
  • Proven experience in large-scale R&D laboratory operations management
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory-related EHS regulations
  • Advanced expertise in chemical management
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Proficiency with CMMS and related laboratory data management systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent to near-native level English proficiency
