The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.
