Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is a key member of the IDT, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety.
Lower patient volumes – no more seeing 3-4 patients an hour and form long-term relationships with participants rather than short-term rehab stints.
