Hourly: $63-$69 DOE

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification if required by licensure
Proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care systems
