Provide administrative support to PwC employees using business software applications to prepare reports, receive and direct calls/emails, arrange travel, track expenses, and coordinate meetings.
Manage executive diaries, book appointments, and ensure executives are prepared for meetings with necessary documentation, acting as backup for other executives' diaries when needed.
Maintain client relationships, assist other EAs during busy periods, and perform miscellaneous administrative tasks such as appending signatures, formatting documents, and updating contact databases.
