The DMC India head is accountable for managing the DMC workforce in the India region, split across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
The India DMC head is responsible for strategic workforce planning, including the mix of strategic partners, insourcing, pipeline recruitment, career coaching, skilling, building end-to-end execution capabilities in region, and ensuring that top talent is coached into global leadership positions where feasible.
The DMC India head also works closely with the State Street India CEO in ensuring that regional expansions of the business and technology capabilities are successfully planned and executed.
