Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in data stewardship or data governance
3-5 years of experience with Workday HCM
Experience with People data in HCM domain
Proven track record of implementing data quality improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog, Power BI, Excel, and Snowflake
Very good knowledge of Workday Analytics & Data Architecture
Degree in Information Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field
