Job Summary

  • Coordinates initiation, leading, and follow up significant event reviews and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes and lead and/or provide guidance and education as needed.
  • Oversees and tracks the implementation of corrective action plans resulting from the RCA’s process.

  • Previous years experience in risk management

  • Degree/licensure in a clinical field, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
  • National certification(s) such as: CPHRM, CPPS, or CPHQ
