The role involves providing overall supervision, protection, and care for individuals with moderate to complex needs while ensuring their safety and wellness.
Employees are responsible for implementing individualized behavior support plans, managing crisis situations, and collecting accurate behavioral data for clinical review.
This position serves as a back-up Lead RBT/LPT, requiring flexibility to cover shifts and potentially travel to other local programs within the region.

Must-have

Data collection and electronic health record entry
Medication administration according to guidelines
Personal care and activities of daily living assistance
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and person-first language skills
Experience in supervisory or lead capacity
Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches
Ability to work flexible schedules and travel
Proactive initiative and time management skills
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
One year prior experience with challenging behaviors
RBT certification within 60 days or LPT/QBMP license
Valid Driver's License
Completion of Facility Manager Training within 30 days
State of California Direct Support Professional Training Year 1 & 2
Current CPR/First Aid, Ukeru, and CPI certifications
