Key Requirements
3+ years' experience in HR, administrative, or coordination role
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Strong working knowledge of an HRIS
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Shown experience supporting people analytics, workforce reporting, and compensation analysis
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
