• Scale is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards team, helping build and evolve global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling.
• You'll perform quantitative analyses, conduct market benchmarking, contribute to compensation program design, support international expansion and M&A, and collaborate with recruiting.
