  • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams larger than 10
  • Experience with PDR/CDR formal design review processes
  • Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET accredited university

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years progressive engineering experience (or 10+ with MS)
  • 5 years leading multiple discipline teams >10 individuals
  • Resident of Huntsville, AL area or willing to relocate
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering
