Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining resident comfort and well-being.
The position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and the ability to interpret and apply instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
