Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management and performance of site infrastructure systems, including HVAC, site utilities, and structural/building systems.
Develop and maintain a 5–10 year asset management and capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational needs.
Support and lead facilities improvement projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and engineering standards.

Key Requirements
