The Renovation & Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and executing property renovations, turnover projects, and resident maintenance service requests across the assigned branch market.
This role combines project oversight with hands-on maintenance expertise to ensure homes meet company standards, service level agreements, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
