The Barracks Hotel Sentosa is seeking a Senior / Guest Service Assistant to provide excellent customer service, manage guest inquiries, and collaborate with various hotel departments. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude, with prior experience in hospitality preferred

Job Summary

  • Responsibilities Work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous services, efficiently and tactfully responding to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with Concierge and Reception on guests ‘arrival and departure
  • Establish contacts with house guests/ long-staying guests and offer assistance when needed
