Must-have
C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation
18th edition certificate or 2360 Parts 1 & 2
Strong Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance experience
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
Sound understanding of Health and Safety obligations
Ability to work out of hours and participate in call out rota
Nice-to-have
Basic plumbing skills
Experience with building fabric reactive repairs
Positive can do attitude
Good communication and organisation skills
Experience supervising third party contractors
