  • Contribute actively to the design, coordination, and management of engagement and lifecycle campaigns for professional audiences such as restaurateurs, chefs, hoteliers, and partners.
  • Assist in setting up automated customer journeys and workflows using campaign management tools, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the team on ad-hoc digital projects related to marketing transformation and contribute to documentation and process structuring.
