Job Summary
The goal of the project is to use the understanding of CD33 function to design novel therapeutic strategies for enhancing clearance of the aggregation-prone amyloid beta peptide in Alzheimer's disease.
The project will include experiments using cell culture approach based on microglial cell lines and in vivo work with mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease.
Responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, organizing and preparing samples, conducting experiments, and recording and analyzing data.
