Job Summary

  • As the leader of the Build and Automation organization, your team leads efforts to expand the offerings available to our customers by building features and services into our existing platform.
  • Your team acts as technical mentors to less experienced engineers on the broader team, helping to grow and develop engineers across the entire program.
  • This is a customer-facing role and will require you to be on-site in Herndon, Virginia.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ year proven experience managing a team
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
  • Related 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) not holding dual citizenship
  • Complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
