GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Engineer in RF Reliability to lead reliability engineering efforts for their RF product line. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in semiconductor reliability and RF technologies, working cross-functionally to ensure the success of RF-SOI and RF-SiGe technology offerings

Job Summary

  • In this reliability engineering role you will work cross-functionally with integration, device, and design teams among others in the RF product line to drive reliability objectives through development and qualification.
  • Drive reliability planning, testing, and assessments for GF Radio Frequency (RF) technology offerings in RF-SOI, and RF-SiGe technologies using risk based thinking and latest developments RF device reliability physics.
