Job Summary
In this reliability engineering role you will work cross-functionally with integration, device, and design teams among others in the RF product line to drive reliability objectives through development and qualification.
Drive reliability planning, testing, and assessments for GF Radio Frequency (RF) technology offerings in RF-SOI, and RF-SiGe technologies using risk based thinking and latest developments RF device reliability physics.
