This role serves as a strategic advisor to client leadership, defining and packaging automation and AI scope for large-scale data centers exceeding 1 GW capacity.
The position acts as the PMC technical lead advisor, coordinating inputs from designers, operators, and vendors to develop comprehensive roadmaps for successful AI system implementation.
Candidates must possess deep knowledge of data centre automation including BMS, DCIM, and cybersecurity incident management for critical infrastructure.

Must-have
20+ years technology infrastructure experience
10+ years mission-critical data centre environment
5+ years AI data centre or hyperscale facilities
Deep knowledge of BMS, DCIM, and integrated control platforms
Expertise in BACnet protocols and command centre networks
Experience translating executive strategy into technical requirements
Nice-to-have
Direct experience with 1GW+ data centre campus developments
Background with hyperscale clients like AWS or Microsoft
International or multi-region project experience
Familiarity with utilities management systems for multi-site operations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
Master's degree or professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) preferred
Proven track record in PMC or advisory roles supporting large-scale infrastructure
