Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
Air compressor system diagnostics and repairs
Pipe fitting for compressed air systems
Use of CMMS software for work order management
Electrical knowledge for air compressor systems
Maintenance of plumbing components
Nice-to-have
Experience with breathable air systems and Grade D air testing
BAS (Building Automation System) experience
Ability to perform locksmith and painting tasks
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Customer and manager communication skills
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
EPA Universal License
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
