Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience
Indirect cost management expertise
Variance analysis and forecasting skills
DCAA and DCMA compliance knowledge
Onsite work in Elkton MD required
Nice-to-have
Experience with IBM Cognos or Deltek Costpoint
Background in Aerospace and Defense rates
Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners
Leadership of high-performing finance teams
Key Requirements
