MatX is seeking a General Counsel to serve as a legal partner, focusing on managing contracts, risk, and legal infrastructure as the company scales. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in commercial contracts and governance, and will work collaboratively with leadership and various internal teams

Job Summary
