Key Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in field engineer/coordinator or lead hand/foreman role
  • Journeyman certificate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
  • Working towards NCSO designation (IND) and enrolled in Gold Seal program (CDN) preferred
  • Knowledge of construction industry and company operations
  • Understanding of project scope and basic engineering principles
  • Ability to lead effective site meetings
