Key Requirements
3 years of experience in field engineer/coordinator or lead hand/foreman role
Journeyman certificate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
Working towards NCSO designation (IND) and enrolled in Gold Seal program (CDN) preferred
Knowledge of construction industry and company operations
Understanding of project scope and basic engineering principles
