Job Summary
This project-based position will aid in supporting all Land related disciplines to supplement and execute solutions for backlog cleanup and provide go-forward procedural recommendations ensuring quality controls upon project completion.
Analyze leases, contracts, title opinions, operating agreements and legal documents to calculate a royalty owner’s division of interest for purposes of payment of proceeds and a working interest owner’s billable share of the burdens.
Collaborate with Division Orders, Lease Records, Land, Business Development, Legal and Accounting departments to ensure alignment and compliance when necessary.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years experience as Oil & Gas Title Landman/Lease Analyst/Division Order
Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of E&P operational workflows
Excellent organizational and time management skills
