Key Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Systems, or related technical field preferred
Minimum 3-5 years facilities maintenance experience
At least 1-2 years in supervisory or lead capacity
Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and system diagrams
