Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of financial services industry experience
  • One or more years of leadership responsibility
  • Proven knowledge in structured finance
  • Expertise in CLOs/CDOs, syndicated loans, corporate trust securities
  • Hands-on experience in cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, financial transaction processing, data analysis, and reporting
