Job Summary
The role involves assisting nurses by providing care and treatment of patients in accordance with UMMC policy and nursing practice laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include performing clerical duties, recording vital signs, assisting with patient hygiene and feeding, and transporting patients and equipment within the hospital.
The position requires occasional exposure to biohazardous conditions and physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent walking and standing.
