Job Summary
This role is responsible for assisting the Store Lead with the daily oversight of a Highmark Direct Retail Store while serving as a leadership figure when the Lead is absent.
The incumbent must possess extensive knowledge of Highmark products including Medicare, Dental, Travel, Pet, and SNP offerings to effectively drive sales and meet customer needs.
Candidates are required to maintain strict adherence to corporate and federal compliance standards while managing store operations, inventory, and customer service escalations.
