Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2 years component design experience
Thermal systems and HVAC knowledge
CAD proficiency UGNX preferred
Validation planning and execution
Nice-to-have
Prior GM thermal or HVAC experience
Cross-functional team leadership
Supplier relationship management
DFMEA and PFMEA knowledge
Global Vehicle Development Process familiarity
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Proficiency in Teamcenter and engineering analysis tools
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
