Key Requirements

  • 1+ years' prior work experience in compensation
  • Four-year business, finance, or human resource degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP coursework) preferred
