Job Summary
Provide financial due diligence, vendor assistance, negotiation support and deal structuring for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions within and outside Vietnam for both corporate and private equity clients.
You will play a critical role in the deals team to deliver exceptional high-quality work in M&A transactions.
Build deals’ experience from due diligence engagements and transactional support services provided to a wide range of businesses and industries.
