This role will define and operationalize the standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks that elevate Medical Affairs execution, accelerate launch excellence, and advance healthcare delivery across markets.
The position is based in Barcelona, Spain, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
