Job Summary

  • GEICO's industry-leading paid trainee program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility in addition to 2 weeks in a field training center with mentors.
  • Inspect and assess vehicle damage caused by all types of accidents, estimate vehicle repair costs and negotiate equitable settlements.
