This role supports an employee population of approximately 1,200 union and non-union employees while ensuring consistent execution of Nexstar's people strategies.
The position requires acting as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, compliance, and labor matters within a diverse media industry team.

Must-have
3+ years progressive HR experience
Multi-location or complex organization support
Strong relationship building with business leaders
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Experience in fast-paced evolving environment
Nice-to-have
Previous television or entertainment industry experience
Union environment experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations, or related field
