Job Summary
This position is the focal point of the Customer Acceptance & Delivery (CAD) process, leading the execution of the Customer Presentations Program including QLBs/CLBs handling, On-Quality and On-Time treatment with correct rework for Customer acceptance.
Ensure customer presentations as per applicable procedure, evaluate zone readiness, and conduct 'customer eyes' inspection of each a/c before customer ground check.
Be responsible for KPI statistics/analysis/reporting and proposal of improvement, and liaise with internal suppliers to build, manage and set counter measures to protect from recurrent issues.
