Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • This is a salary position, with incentives!
  • You will be responsible for administrative functions including maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, and assisting employees with forms, as well as personnel functions such as confirming licenses and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to read technical procedures
  • Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
  • Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
