Job Summary

  • This role owns the full commercial, operational, and strategic agenda for Mexico, including building and leading the local team, developing a strong partner ecosystem, and driving revenue across all customer segments.
  • Key responsibilities include owning annual and quarterly ARR targets, leading and coaching the local sales team, building and scaling a tiered partner ecosystem, and ensuring effective onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in B2B technology sales, proven ability to manage and sell across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, and native or near-native Spanish and professional English.
