  • Based at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, the region's only Level I Trauma Center, fellows receive immersive hands-on clinical training in a high-acuity environment.
  • Participants will engage in simulation lab training, off-service ED rotations, and participate in surgical grand rounds under an APP-led mentorship structure.
